I think it said on it's official US PS-gamepage, that the it's the same physics engine as on 360/PS3..

Electronic Arts has announced FIFA 13 for PlayStation Vita. Alongside Vita, the game will appear on 3DS, PC, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii, Xbox 360, and iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad. Neither articles are from EA. frankly speaking I'm not expecting much from them this year. They have been only focusing on Consoles for years now that they even ignored its PC version which was their best selling version years ago and they are just doing the same. I'm gonna buy it for PS3 only, not for Vita unless I hear something different from them.
