The reason for this delay is now clear. Obviously Sega is delaying PSU until Windows Vista is a viable OS. Then they can release it on PC and PS2 with no fear of it being bootlegged! :lol

Because releasing the first two on the Gamecube and Xbox, a sequel on the Gamecube, and then a PS2 sequel after that just makes sense.
