best is to place the fan on the other side (still keep it blowing towards the back ofcourse), will increasing your temperature somewhat (~5ish Celcius?) but it's worth the performance increase.
Alternatively you might try to place it on the other side and turn both the back case fan and cpu fan around so the back fan works as an intake fan for the CPU fan. You would need some good fans in the top to not disturb airflow too much though.
or try to remove the heatspreaders from the ram (voids warranty)
Okay, set the fan to pull instead and slotted the RAM in slots 2 & 4 for dual channel. I ran 3DMark again and scored P6350 3DMarks. Not much improvement over the previous P6149.
