Pretty good song. I wish Dre and Rakim could have held it together longer and released a full album, though.

Damn I didn't think that Dre's beats and Rakims voice would mix well but after hearing this I must say I'm impressed, though like most of dre's chorus' the shit is fucking irritating.

Yeah the chorus is pretty wack.

I dunno i heard its comin out later this year, so i hope so.

You guys hear about Meth? His label asked him who he would want to produce most (to all) of his next cd and he chose Rza. Man oh man, I've been waiting for that. Going to be the shit.

I don't mean to be a hater, but neither RZA or Meth are the creative talents they used to be. I use to be a Wu fanatic waaaaaay back in the day, but this kind of news just isn't exciting anymore.

Shit is hot!!! I dont hear anything wrong with the chorus, fits the beat perfectly.

The second Meth met Red, they both fell off hard. =(

I thought I heard a bit back that Rakim and Dre had a falling out and that he left? I'm glad if he didn't... I thought the two of them would be a great match.... <downloading now>

EDIT:

Nice, I like that hook too.... very nice....

meths last album was average who the hell was his wack producer. RZA had like 12 tracks lined up for him but def jam didnt let him use it ughhh Meth was pissed about it, said he's doin one more album for defjam and thats it if they dont change their tune.

I dunno man, Meth still has flow and Rza still has beats. Put them back together and it might be like the old days again.

Not feelin' this song at all. Chorus is wack, and sounds like an uninspired Dr. Dre. Rakim is still cool, just this song overall is just too average.

This must be a studio leak or something. Rakim definitely said that he wasn't working with Dre anymore in an interview. He said he was looking forward to working with lesser known names. Maybe things changed.

Definately agree. Nothing to write home about.

No no no... Dre and Rakim worked together for a long ass time. Any song they finished, Dre gave Rakim the beat for free. So I'm not sure how many songs he gave him, but still is pretty cool.

You sure about that? At the end of the year, Rakim was on MTV2 talking about how he and Dre worked on some tracks, but decided to split. He then said he was scrapping all those songs and making a completely new album. Things might have changed, but that was the story he was telling back in December.

Who knows, money can change alot of things.
