The only one I found awful was the last level (due to some fucking insane framerate drops when trying to zoom in on enemies) and the civilian evacuation level. framerate was all over the place. But I totally cheesed it to get to the two AA turrets mid-level. Oh well.
Seriously though, the framerate thing was so fucking annoying.

I don't even bother playing games on the highest difficulty level anymore regardless of achievements. Its just not fun most of the time. COD4 was pretty much what killed it for me. I still remember the fucking timed mission bullshit. Specifically the next to final mission where you'd have to prone around corners as apparently every enemy is a sniper regardless of the gun they are carrying.

I think this is the most frustrating Halo to play without a party, just seems like teams run around like chickens with their heads cut off if they don't actually know one another.
