It's like Lord of the Rings. The second someone comes within striking distance of the Ring, everyone has an urge to power struggle for it.

To this day I still don't understand how randoms on a message board think they have some right to any of that nonsense. Okay maybe you pay to get rid of ads.. Because usually the most vocal (which is complaining 99.9% of the time as opposed to 0.1% being vocal about positive things), think they have authority over the others - which includes owners.
This often comes from two sources you see in internet life, which both ooze entitlement:
1. The message board guy who has been posting for 15 years or has 20,000 posts. Because of this, he thinks he's like a part owner and can dictate what goes on.
2. The "Whoa is me, everyone is against me guy". Might not post a lot. Might be only 6 months on the board. But has this inferiority complex, and demands "the superior people" extend an olive branch and bend over because whinerboy thinks they deserve justice. Add it up, and this random person demands redemption and recognition from other random people who run a random web site..... in these cases.... from people running a video game board.

TLDR Isamu Fukui is a homophobe that tried along with a few other students to get a gay librarian fired for misconduct then it was found out that this librarians actions were exactly the same as a straight female librarian when it came to telling the students to be quiet in the library (by whispering in their ear to be quiet). He then made up a bunch of bullshit about inappropriate touching by this gay librarian.
Quoting this again for posterity since this is the real fucked up thing if it's true that the owner of era made up false inappropriate conduct allegations against a gay librarian in high school.

I’m peeved that they’re claiming an incident manager is something else. It’s really a technical/IT job where you provide support to systems in production if there are issues. I really hope they get their terminologies correct and not claim it as “I’m here to control the fights” kind of guy.
