It was clear from the start after the big exodus. Mods wanted to make some changes and the site owner wanted ad revenue. The original idea that Era was sold on changed overnight and they let the crazies have their way to keep the peace. Banbaiting, outrage, the entire situation is setup as a no fucks given echo chamber so disconnected from reality that it is an island on the internet itself.
