Oh Sorry It was not about you or Gaf. #Escalation really. First I would move the post, talk to the user, goes up from their. Warnings, thread ban, on up.
Make sure you don’t assume intentions. Keep in mind their is a person behind the account. Don’t hold grudges.
I know that some (based on reports I read and posts) feel like moderation moves too slow here sometimes. It’s just that the team tries to value every individual. Understanding that people grow and change over time.
Insomniacs "Spider-Man" representation of prisoners is extremely outdated.
Insomniacs "Spider-Man" representation of prisoners is extremely irking to me. When playing Miles Morales the other day I realized that almost anyone in an orange jumpsuit is hype aggressive and ready to fight Spiderman on a whim. This pushes the stereotype that all felons are dangerous monsters...www.resetera.com
EDIT: A beacon in the night!
I suggested this over a week ago. And got shot down instantly. Saying I didn't care about trans rights and wanted to ignore the situation.Seems like the simple solution would be to have a thread dedicated for people to talk about how they feel the game is problematic for the issues they see.
You can have an OT, a thread for how problematic the game is, a thread for the performance of the game on PC/Console, so on so forth.
I’m guessing that isn’t good enough tho.

Well I don’t know how that site works, never had an account there.Oh Sorry It was not about you or Gaf. #
I personally think Mods rather need to act not directly but thoughtful. I was more talking about the Cyberpunk Issue on Era and how they let people antagonize others in the "official" Thread everytime there was some New out.
With how angry people were about the mere presence of positive CP2077 threads (threads which they could very easily ignore using one of the site's features, but chose not to) this kind of a solution would never be good enough.Seems like the simple solution would be to have a thread dedicated for people to talk about how they feel the game is problematic for the issues they see.

Every single "new and interesting and subversive" take on a new genre that Era or people like Mcintosh suggest always sound like the most boring shit imaginable.
Oh man, anyone else can't want to play the new game where you have to solve the housing crisis using the current legal bylaws while also making sure it's totally fair and equitable? My personal favorite part was the great lore, the 48432 page manual where you have to understand every law or you lose immediatly.
Hopefully it's as good as the new Batman game which is Bruce Wayne strapped to a chair while the entire dev team explains how he should give all his money away in order to stop crime and then Catwoman cucks him with Poison Ivy.
I was just about to post this. JFC they are deranged. Fair play to the sane people though.Insomniacs "Spider-Man" representation of prisoners is extremely outdated.

Easy, the Harry Potter RPG.I wonder what Kyuuji will do after the hype for Cyberpunk fades away
It's clear that she is narcissistic as fuck.
I honestly dont even think that she is THAT bothered anymore, but she keeps on talking about it because she looooves the attention.
She was the one who made the fixed topic about transphobia, after all.
She is in love with the "power" that she has in there right now
Will she keep talking about the game for months? Find another target?
Well now we are going down the road of standards, morals, and ethics. And that’s another can of worms based on the users that have been thrown under the bus. With how angry people were about the mere presence of positive CP2077 threads (threads which they could very easily ignore using one of the site's features, but chose not to) this kind of a solution would never be good enough.
They've created these imaginary Oppression Boogeymen (with Trump being the prime example) who they believe wish literal death upon many of them, and that's extended to anyone and anything within 20 degrees of separation from said boogeymen. If CDPR is deemed to pose a threat to the livelihoods of forum members, then any positivity towards them and their games may pose a similar threat.
As a result, any separation of Cyperpunk 2077 discussion from the problematic elements of the game and its creators was never going to fly on there. I don't think ResetEra ever had any honest intentions of making discussion surrounding this game work, and then they accused Black Chamber of stringing them along when it was really the other way around.
Lmao Ronnie gets pegged?!
To Stern's credit, it would be fairly unbecoming for a dude in his 60's to still be throwing lunch meat at chicks' bare asses and hitting on women younger than his daughters
Marci Turk did a number on him, but maybe it's for the better

Oh yeah,
That's just a clip that hasn't been taken down yet, but Ronnie's sex life and Ronnie in general has been about the only thing mildly "edgy" or interesting to me in the past 10 years. I will admit his interviews are good for no other reason than they are so long form.
I hear you on the second point, and listen I was a life-long fan, even if my tastes have changed. I'm just more commenting on how amazing it is that Howard has been able to avoid the kind of cancel culture that has gotten to people who have done far less "bad" things than he did.
Stern is a guy who did a bit impersonating Clarence Thomas on the old channel 9 show where he dressed in black face, with a giant afro wig, big lip prosthetics, and talked in what can only be called a 1930s racist cartoon voice. That was just 1 typical bit from the show, the kind of thing today that would have him cast out of society. I am amazed that stuff hasn't come back to haunt him.
Hope posting this is ok
This fucking loser really thinks that that's the way to get laid lmao
As someone who’s inactive on both forums and have been following the drama between the two sites from the sidelines (because of my interest in CP2077). I find it completely baffling how nobody over there has called out Kyuuji already for blatant trolling. What a transparent piece of shit. Guess she's having trouble finding transphobia in the game, so it's all about the "omg so many bugs lolz" now. This is supposed to be a person of virtue, a "good" person. Yet look at the sick pleasure she takes in her (fictional) scenario of people waiting years for this game only to be crushed.
That’s the point of the endless whining. The act of playing a video game is now bravery and self sacrifice.Forcing yourself to scrutinize and process every single work of media into the real world legit sounds like hell on earth. How do you enjoy any work of fiction?
How the fuck is a creator supposed to build a story setting with retards like this?Insomniacs "Spider-Man" representation of prisoners is extremely outdated.

"Why does she have to wear heels tho?"Ciri is actually one of the most conservatively designed and realistically proportioned female characters I've seen in a game. She's a total badass too. There's a reason people are begging for a new WItcher game with her at the helm.

First of all, none of the points in the OP he made actually make any sense, and as invalid as they may be it would have been fine had they stood by their point and not played the game. But to actually play it, then ask others not to do the same as him, it becomes obvious that this whole stunt was a pitiful troll attempt to garner attention.
In my two days of following resetera I've learned that it's not only full of morons, it is also riddled with cowards afraid to go against the grain. I'm glad my registration request was rejected (not that I would have used it anyway).
I want to add that, Cyberpunk is the first game I have bought since GTA 5 back in 2013, and that is because no game since then has INTERESTED me enough to warrant playing. It really is not that hard to NOT play a game you have no interest in playing or show dislike towards.
"Why does she have to wear heels tho?"
The new Spider Man thread blows my mind. So according to them, police officers should be the ones in prison, and murders/rapists should be taken care of and shown love and brought to their houses
