The problem is every Shaker Classic before this, they definitely said they wouldn't put in OP or clearly broken characters into the rosters for the tournament series. This one slips in because of someone's mistake while making the bracket and shits in the stew and the same guys who made the ruling are all "let it rock" while the character essentially bypasses every precedent for the tournaments and makes almost every character worthless because it just can't be hit after a certain (easy) condition is met.

Exactly, this was supposed to be a legit "broken" character tournament, to see some great matches, instead we're getting stupid matches because a character is bugged. Makes the tournament completely useless.

Yes, I've heard that already. They hand picked these characters, and also apparently left the Touhou girls out purposefully, so you'd think obvious things like, "Gosh this character has no hitbox after he charges and is invincible" would be considered too. Granted, it looks like they didn't even realize it, but it's still terrible, especially since they were denying it until T. Kawk couldn't grab him ever.
