David Veale and his colleagues from King's College in London have done a meta-analysis of 17 studies that in total measured over 15000 penises from all over the world (with an overweight of white ones, admittedly), and found these results:

So the "normal" penis size when erect is 13 cm (5.11 inches) in length and 11,5 cm (4.5 inches) around.

We need a breast size study with the average by country. I'm not satisfied with that map based on bra size.

Most guys aren't looking for what your average porn star girl looks like...
honestly, I thought the average was 6.5 inches though I don't exactly remember the source, it was a few years ago. But I guess this study seems accurate, I mean I've seen most of my friends and plenty of randoms in showers, lockers etc. & they seem pretty small to me, small enough I can safely assume grow no larger than 6 in at most. You can tell I've been thinking about this a lot, reason being a feel a little insecure with being the part of the minority & what not.

Measuring stretched flaccid is more reliable than waiting for the study to gain an erection and, as you can tell, it doesn't sway the result. If you get hard because a doctor grips the head of your penis and stretches it for a few seconds to measure, than you really need help.
Actually im pretty surprised that stretched flaccid pretty matches erect, that just..doesnt seem possible.
