Why couldn't this make more money? Only complaint I ever had about this is how short they make the relationship feel.
Where do you live, I've seen it four times but am totally down to see it again (and am planing to already with some coworkers that haven't seen it yet but want to). I live in Burbank CA, though.soultron said:I'm fiending for this movie again. I've already seen it twice. The only time I've done multiple visits to the theatre was Dark Knight.
I just don't have anyone to see it with now. My buddy and I went to see it on Tuesday, and it was his third time seeing it. I took my other buddy and his GF out to it Wednesday. (They both loved it.) But a lot of my friends have already seen it now -- some have seen it twice.
Damnit. Considering going alone. Haha.

And just for the hell of it.

Usually not a big fan of heels, but they look damn good on Brie Larson.XiaNaphryz said:

Jesus.......seriously. Seriously! SERIOUSLY!!

So if SP had premiered this weekend instead, it would still have ended up 5th.Dead said:http://www.boxoffice.com/statistics/bo_numbers/early_estimate/2010-08-21
Wow, according to estimates, it will fall to number 10 this weekend
Just try to catch it on a weeknight then.lunarworks said:I couldn't see it last weekend because it was an expensive week and I had no money.
I can't see it this weekend because my girlfriend wanted to go out last night and go to the CNE today.
I hope it's still in theatres next weekend.
You're being a little overdramatic here. Only 2 movies in the top 10 are sequels, and if there's any lesson studios are taking away from this it's about the lead actor.Gooster said:I know it's been said often, but the underperformance is heartbreaking if only for the notion that Hollywood suits now have further incentive to place all bets on safe sequels and remakes, even though Expendables relied on star power and Eat, Pray, Love* on its star and its like 4 billion weeks on the NY Times bestseller list (how is that still a marketing push? What doesn't make the NYT bestseller list these days?).
You're right. Now that SP has bombed, the fledgling comic book adaption movie genre is in serious jeopardy.Gooster said:I know it's been said often, but the underperformance is heartbreaking if only for the notion that Hollywood suits now have further incentive to place all bets on safe sequels and remakes, even though Expendables relied on star power and Eat, Pray, Love* on its star and its like 4 billion weeks on the NY Times bestseller list (how is that still a marketing push? *And seriously, FUCK Eat, Pray, Love.
I kind of want to see Piranha 3D.

Agreed! It was really good. Probably can't cost much to produce the whole series. Get on it, Adult Swim.kai3345 said:i just watched the animated prequel on adult swim, I wish they could do the whole series
The best ex was Todd. Then Lucas Lee. I didn't care much for the ending ex other than his badass sword.harriet the spy said:. The exes rocked.
