However, I do wonder when exactly he's going to the main roster. He just became champion in NXT, so you'd assume he's going to be there for another while at least, but it's not like he isn't ready. Management is evidently high on him, he's pretty much had the show's main event tooled around him, but I wonder if they're not sure what to do with him on a main roster stage, at least for introductions.

I would think it's a lot harder to debut a babyface. Heels can jump right in for cheap heat, have insulting promos, all that, but faces, ESPECIALLY in the WWE, don't have much character to make a huge first impression on the crowds (from video packages/promos etc).

Funny you should mention that, I just finished NXT and I was headed here to praise that main event. Jinder is an awesome wrestler, but had some shitty luck when they were handing out gimmicks. I maintain the position that he'd work better as a face.

Rollins is a boring dude, there's no nice way of putting it. I think the only way I could imagine bringing him onto the main roster is as an underling for a major heel, then let him break off to turn face (Orton in Evolution).

I can't even remember the last time a new guy debuted as a face. ECW on Sci Fi had a few of them over it's run (Punk, Kofi, Bourne) and that's about it, unless you want to count the original NXT pre-Nexus guys.

Someone needs to start doing the Backlund Lift again. I feel like I saw it recently in either TNA or WWE, but I'm not certain. It's one of those classic old school moves that just kind of stopped happening completely in after the Attitude Era. I feel like it'd be a good move for Claudio to do, or D-Brine would be even more impressive. Maybe I saw Ryback do it?

Syuri. IMO, she's the most entertaining Joshi out there. Most of her best matches aren't online. I guess SMASH/WNC are really good at blocking them. The Syuri vs Hamada match is one of my favorites from that year regardless of gender.

Syuri vs KANA They wrestle a lot.

I wonder what kind of overhaul/influence the WWE would need to thinking about signing the likes of Kana.

Female AND Japanese, that's two strikes against her already. And able to wrestle, a third.

According to many joshi's and interviews, KANA also has a HUGE ego problem. I think Hamada would be more likely, but she's not 'hawt', so that wouldn't happen.
