Adding to the tragedy of the death of a girl and two teenagers forced to testify against their father is the revelation in court that the video game -- criticized for its graphic violence -- was never stolen in the first place.

It was misplaced under the living room couch in the home of Deva and her brother Destouche -- who had provoked the dispute when he went looking for the game at the Brown house.

That's some ownage right there.
