Downloading the music definitely is piracy (using the "it's given away with the anyway!" line of reasoning would even excuse downloading the game itself...), but somehow GAF never cared for pirating soundtracks.

Double standards at work, I guess. Well, whatever.
Not that I condone pirating anything, but pirating soudtracks is a whole level of magnitude less important than pirating a game. Pirating a game can kill a company. Pirating a soundtrack isn't really making much of a dent.

IGN, Destructoid and GB are assured 10/10 (5/5 in GB's case). Not familiar enough with other outlets to comment otherwise.
That IGN guy seems to really love the game, so I assume a 9.5 or even a 10. I don't have a clue about Destructoid, and I think GB will award it a 4/5, I think.

Wow... that could actually be it. Do you work for GT or something?

ARE YOU A TSA ALT ACCOUNT!?

If I worked for GT, I would either completely eliminate the puns or make every single line of every review a pun.

And if I was TSA, I would be reveling in the satisfaction that I played a video game before you.

Guesses for the end of tomorrow.

Final Metacritic rating: 95

IGN 9.5
Gamespot 9.0
Eurogamer 10/10
Game Central 9/10
Giant Bomb 5/5
Gamespy 5/5
CVG 9.7
Gametrailers 9.5

I really should be doing something else...

has game trailers ever given a 10? i can't remember anything higher than like 9.5, i don't even remember what game it was either?

I really do think the funnier meltdown would be SS having the best reviews of the year. We've seen the meltdowns when there's the occasional lower score, but I think there's me more if Zelda ends up having better scores than say Uncharted.

Uncharted has a Metascore of 92. Same as Xenoblade.

It's not what SS is shooting for.

Uncharted 3 is getting a fair share of 9 and sub 9 review scores. Twilight Princess already sits at a higher Gamerankings average than Uncharted 3, and I've little doubt that SS will pass TP.

Uncharted 3 has a lot of flaws. Nothing gamebreaking, but fucking frustrating. If Skyward Sword has such flaws, then it is not worthy of tens either. But like I said about Uncharted 3, who gives a shit, I'm having too much fun to care.

Really just picked uncharted off the top of my head becasue of the rage that happened with some of the reviews.

I think the aggregate score will be 8.8.

hahahaha lolzz!

No but really, I don't have clue how this game will be reviewed. Very well I'm sure, but I don't trust 3 early reviews to set the pace for every other score.

Something tells me that Uncharted will win out. It seems like it'll end up dazzling the press more. I mean, it's basically the perfect HD experience, right?

attention, spoiler about the game, nothing even remotely drastic especially if you watched the trailers but you been warned.

Thinking back to the first timeless Zelda theme song, does anyone ever wonder what inspired that and why it is so fucking catchy? It is the perfect theme song.

Kondo has said that his main inspiration for the theme was Ravel's "Bolero". If I remember correctly, they actually wanted to use Bolero as the theme, but couldn't for copyright reasons. The inspiration from Bolero can easily be heard in the Zelda theme, especially in the rhythm.

I was making my way through the 25th anniversary soundtrack getting so hyped until Nintendo had to go and take it down.

That Dark World music was AMAZING.
