Its probably going to stay where it is considering the only 2 publications with alot of weighting on their scale left are Gamespot and Gametrailers. Possibly Destructoid.

It's the manual. The PAL CE has 1 SKU for the whole of Europe so they bundle a huge manual with all different languages. My Xenoblade Chronicles bundle has that too.

There was some stuff about Jim not wanting to review Zelda because he's been so busy with all the other games, so he's had to send it back or give it another Destructoid guy, I don't know.

Gamespot taking their time is weird. Possibly to avoid all the review hype so the reviewer doesn't get assassinated again.
