These are way brighter in the dark than I expected, really digging them:
If anyone is looking for a shoe rack to store their sneakers, I picked a few of these up from amazon. I'm still setting everything up but I like them so far, they can stack and connect to each other using the shelves that come with it.
Mine barely glow at all, I tried recharging them with my phone flash and that doesn't do jack shit gotta buy a flash light.
I love jojo, wish I knew about those last year.
I held them up to a lightbulb and that did the trick, not sure how long it can hold a charge but it was a cool effect.

Looks like Nike added something to counter the bots, an image captcha that gives you a word and asks you to click on the matching picture (4 different words). I was bummed out for a second but I managed to add it to my card and check out. I can't wait to get the 3s in.
Yeah I got them too. I ran to the computer this morning and didn't have my glasses on. Then it said 'pick the jewelry' and my face is like 4 inches from the screen trying to figure out which one was the jewelry, lol.

Yup, image capcha was a surprise. I had a pair of kobe and infrared 3s but didn't check out. It's nice to see some action from Nike though. I also had a pair from footaction but yeah. I'm going to the Nike outlet later anyway so hopefully they have something there from this rumored restock. I'm too lazy to call and wanted to go shopping anyway.
I actually was at a Nike outlet yesterday in Florida and they said they weren't getting anything. The one at Ellenton Mall, specifically.
Yea it caught me off guard, in my frenzy I suddenly forgot what a spoon looked like lol.

Outlet was a bust. Shouldve went to the one at the mall. Oh well, I'm not worried about it. Guess I'll do some thrifting.

That outlet is nearby. It stinks. Go to University (1st Choice), International or Brandon Mall for shoe releases. Or Florida Mall in Orlando.
I managed to get the Kobe, Jordan and Lebron online. Probably returning all of them since I got off my butt and went to the malls and managed to get almost all of them with the military discount (minus the Kobe's).
I like the Captcha surprise. However malicious web site creators will crack the code eventually nor will it stop the ATCs from trying to add first. It is a decent road block though.
Next week, I'll try for the florals and AJ KOs.

So I went browsing around and a store had some kobe 9 masterpieces but in a size 9.5 left. Tried it on and had too much room so I passed. Went to a footaction which was isolated in a deserted mall and, holy crap, I saw they had some Vegas 1s on the shelf. Size 9.5 and I can do that in 1s. Instacop and it was 59.99. Can't believe these were just sitting there. I was actually going to buy some from eBay for whatever resell was. Leather on these are as good as everyone says. Man, what a come up. Happier with these than I would've been with the infrared 3s.

Yup, black/white with the red Paisley lining. I don't shop in stores very often any more so I was really surprised these were just sitting there lol.
@earvcunanan I already left the store, I believe they have another 9.5. If I go back, I'll try to grab them for you and pm you.

Cool. Great pickup and price. I got a pair last year while looking for the Black Toes, lol.
I just tried to clean some of my shoes. I tried imitation Magic Eraser and FTL Sneaker Cleaner. Neither is REALLY good at cleaning soles (the Eraser is okay but it crumples easy and leaves residue). I'll give Jason Marks a try on one of the dirtier soles tomorrow.

Finally got around to this yesterday. Used barge cement and it came out pretty good, was able to get rid of most of the glue stains, now I just need a little touch up on the red and purple spikes. Finally back on my feet and it was worth the trouble, so much nicer than my 2012 pair.
My AM1 IDs [BC3 inspired] are coming in this week after a 6 week wait, will post pics when they arrive.

I am from Serbia, I am kind of a sneakerhead, and just recently I bumped into a specific problem which needs your help to solve
recently, I was working for a man whose company went bankrupt. He was a sports equipment shop owner and I did web design & design for him. When payment day was due, he already closed his business and moved on to whatever guys do when they bankrupt.
Instead of paying me, he gave me 50 extremely nice Adidas basketball shoes, numbers from 40 to 46, same model. At first I was amazed being that the job I did costs much less than 50 brand new basketball shoes and I was all like - "im gonna take 3, sell 47, such profit" but ..
They are ruined. whatever material Adidas uses, faux leather, pleather, or any other kind of artificial leather imitation, it is peeling, flaking, scrapping (chose right word here) . due to the fact that they probably stayed for a long time in some dry place. Which makes sense, as Adidas Basketball shoes for past 4-5 years all look the same as Crazy Light/Rose/Crazy Shadow

I have searched for the model name, but Adidas cant be searched like Nike via serial number and only shoe that slightly resembles this one is "Adidas ClimaCool Response 3" but is not this one.

does anyone know of a way to bring faux leather back to life/strength ?
I know for sure that I could use leather repair kit, or some transparent-flexible epoxy to give them shoes a new layer that would protect them but then none of them would be new, or at least look like new.
I know that rubber can be restored to "flexible" from "non-flexible, deteriorating"
state, and I really hope it can be done with this material also, so please give me suggestions, if you have some. thanks in advance!

Success at DXC in Oakland today. Moved those Royal Foams I traded for previously, and put that money towards these:
Bisons, Wheats, Pusheads and I swear I'm done.
With these and the Heinekens you have me here drooling. How much did you drop for these? Tiffany high release definitely did you right!
I was actually thinking about the lineage of both of those cops earlier today, so I guess I'll type it out right now to understand it myself lol:
Heinekens: Tiffany Hi's, Jordan 88's and $60. Out of pocket cost to me is $370-$380, but the last DS pairs to sell on eBay went for $800-$1000. Probably the most clutch deal I've ever made.
Cali: I traded a guy my pair of Tiffs & $100 for his 07 Royal Foams and Haze Lows. Sold those Royal Foams today to this kid and his father (as an aside, this kid better have been valedictorian or some shit, because my Dad would never dream of spending that much on a pair of shoes) for $340 (probably could have held out for $360, but whatever), and then took that money and added $120 to purchase the Calis. I guess it just becomes out of pocket right then and there, and it was probably a bit of an overpay (looks like $400-$480 is the going rate for Calis) but I haven't come across a DS pair in a 9.5 in a while, so it was a heat of the moment thing.
I guess factoring in my Haze Lows in this transaction, I probably paid $320 for the Calis with everything considered.
...all thanks to those 2 pairs of those subpar ass Tiffs.

My first pair of IDs, not very original but very happy with the result. Shape is good, leather is nice, and style is amazing. I suggest that anyone interested in them order before the elephant print option is removed. The only thing I can complain about is the leather being a bit dull but I'll be able to fix that with some leather product.
