I don't think I saw it asked here, but I don't recall anything from past seasons that would hint to what Piney meant by "remember, esther's dead, it has to stay that way" to Tara when the guys rode back to the shop from prison.

anyone know if that is in reference to something we already know? to me i thought, "oh shit, her baby was a girl, but died and she quickly adopted a son" but that would be too insane of a possible future plot point.

I didn't quite hear what he said during that scene, but I forgot to replay it later. Was it "Esther"? It wasn't something about Jax's dad?

i figured it probably had to do with the letters, but i thought it was "esther" that he said. So while i figured it pertained to the letters, it was a name never heard before, and it got me thinking.

Well he opened himself up to it with his proclamations.

Not really. This is the last thing I'll say on the matter, but I made a drunken reply concerning what my occupation somewhat entails when I was accused of not having any real taste in television. That was probably distasteful in hindsight, but isn't license for me to spill parts of my personal life onto NeoGAF.

And if the only argument that you actually want to have is about a comment I made to provide context rather than my opinion themselves, then that's not a conversation I'm willing to have. If you want to talk about my opinions, you can take them to private messages because we're getting off topic.

Anyway: new Sons tonight. Fuck yeah.

will totally Facebook friend you! *giggle* *LOL*
Okay, this new cop is legit. The rest of the episode is hit or miss. I don't mind when SOA does dialogue, but there's quite a bit this ep and they have a way of making it feel like there's some real dead air when the characters have nothing to say that the viewer would be interested in.

Agree with this. Was an OK episode, Trejo and Aceveda showing up was awesome though.

Did they add motorcycle sounds to the opening, or am I just making shit up?

Either way... Land developer storyline = awesome, potential Gemma stuff with John Teller = potentially terrible, but I'll hold out judgment for now.

TREJO!!!Good point.

EDIT: Aceveda in this scene, too.
Trejo was so boss in his role. Him nor Acevedo lifted a damn leg when that Russian shot at the floor! :D

I liked this episode. First two eps have been good so far. That new sheriff is going to be a handful.

Was that Sen Dog with Trejo and Aceveda in the junkyard? I missed the credits.
It looked like Sen Dog. Me and my brother were watching last night and I looked at him and said "ain't that Sen Dog from Cypress Hill?"

What happened the last few minutes? Last thing I saw was Trejo and Acevedo roll up on the Russians. I'm guessing just the drug vote back in charming?

Gemma is annoying always digging for trouble.

i wonder if this whole Jax v Clay is going to be half-assed tease like the early season

Trejo and Acevedo rescue Jax and Opie. Everyone heads back to Charming where the club is completely trashed due to the sheriff's hatchet work. SAMCRO are bummed, so Tara announces that she and Jax are engaged to lighten the mood. Think that's about it.

They haven't voted yet. Trejo and Acevedo took out the Russians. After that, they go back to their shop and show how the inside is completely trashed. Everyone is bummed and Tara decides at that moment to tell everyone that her and Jax are engaged.

Ah, the ol "I was drunk" excuse..heh. Grow up dude. I guess you're a little slow, but I have no wish to have any type of conversation or discussion with you. I thought that was perfectly clear. Anyway.

Good episode. Trejo showing up was awesome, since I had no idea he was joining the show. He was also pretty badass in that shootout, dude didn't even blink when they fired at him.

The Gemma and JT thing is getting kind of old at this point. Wish they let history die.

Love Tara. She's awesome.

LOL He was drunk when he made those posts! He truly is the great writer he claims to be.

What's up with the fat, nerdy propsect? :lol
Was he the only one that stuck around when they had that shootout in the old dude's boxing gym last season? I don't remember exactly went down, but there were the three prospects before and now there's one who's been patched in and the fat kid is still a prospect, right?

Good episode, nice to see the foreshadowing of the rifts in the club.

I was expecting at least some more interaction with the prospects, understanding that they aren't going for a full blown main character again.

Trejo was good, Ray McKinnon is so creepy and awesome, I love it when he is onscreen.
