The EU and US blog both say it started 6 minutes ago.

The german PS blog says 7pm local time.

Just say the time in UTC and everyone adds their own offset, we all passed 2nd grade.

-PS3 new SKUs from Japan announced for Europe, price cuts for the current ones to clear stock.
-PSP (at least the Go) price drop
-PS Phone (not PSP2) announcement, maybe PS Pad too
-Killzone 3 multiplayer
-Resistance 3 announcement
-LBP2, GT5, Motorstorm Apocalypse updated info
-Non-gaming apps coming to PS3, PSP (maybe Android based)
-Lots of Move shovelware stuff
-1 game announcement more (Syphon Filter PS3? New Liverpool studio game?)
-At least 1 new PSN service (some video store, or maybe music store?)
