Tinkerer I imagine will be a secondary villain role to Vulture and Shocker will be the loser who gets beat up in the beginning of the movie like Batroc and Crossbones did.

This Spidey already went toe-to-toe with Falcon, Winter Soldier, and Cap. How are Vulture, Shocker, and Tinkerer going to be trouble for him?
Well considering winter Soldier and falcon were acting like Abbot and Costello and Cap was more than likely holding back punches?

People don't understand the real issue with Spider-Man 3. It wasn't that it had three villains, it's that it had three BIG villains and there simply wasn't enough time to properly handle all of them AND do the black suit stuff at the same time.
Tinkerer isn't a major villain and Shocker is just a thug. They both work well in supporting villain roles. Shouldn't really be an issue here.

I would be willing to bet that the movie opens with Spidey taking out Shocker like a chump if that wasn't how Amazing Spider-Man 2 started with Rhino, doubt Marvel and Sony would wanna retread that.
Also isn't Tinkerer the guy who works on suits and weapons for bad guys? Wasn't he in Daredevil? He isn't a VILLAIN villain guys he's not out there fighting Spidey he's just a guy who builds things for other people.

The footage they showed pointed to it according to the people inside Hall H, they didn't dropped either of her possible character names (Michelle or Liz).
I'm hopeful it is true, it would make more sense for the context of the story to have her as a starting point in Pete's love life
