EDIT: Man that was a tough fest! But I destroyed my competition in these last hours so I feel good!
After the Splatfest ended, I entered the lobby and exited to 'refresh' the plaza. The posts came back, although I don't recognize any that were during the Splatfest.Interesting, looks like they wiped everyone's drawings when the Splatfest ended. The graffiti in my plaza is generic Splatoon stuff and nobody has a drawing speech bubble up.
Yeah I wouldn't be surprised to see a ketchup popularity win but mayo win the two match win percentage categories. The mayo teams seemed WAY stronger to me.
Man I love teammates who spend the first minute on Starfish Mainstage painting their own base even though that's literally the worst conceivable strategy. It's just really great when I'm trying to hold the center by myself and as soon as I die the match is literally over.
I just ragequit then and there. Fuck this awful stage.
Confession Time. I took way too many pictures of Marina. Which is really awkward cause I'm on Team Mayo haha.
EDIT: Ah freak this is the first post for the page?!

No you fool! Now my original post is engraved in GAF's internet history with no way of going to options and deleting it!
Rage-quitting automatically makes you the worst type of player in the game by a huge margin.I just ragequit then and there. Fuck this awful stage.
So after about 6 hours or so playing with them...
Muck Warfare>Acid Hues>Ebb and Flow
This is solely based on how they sound in game. Listened to them before the Splatfests and was surprised at how well Muck Warfare works in the 2 minute context. The ranking is different based on the songs alone (Ebb and Flow is amazing), but in game some work better than others.
I don't think any of them touch Ink Me Up from the first game, but that's more Nintendo absolutely nailing it in the first game than these songs being bad. They're all great, release the CD already Nintendo!
The secret best Splatfest song is. Have high hopes for something similar when they do their major Splatfests in 2.Calamari Inkantation (final boss song from 1) used during the last day of the Callie vs Marie Splatfest, but that's unfair

Ragequitting is far worse than using the "wrong" strategy could ever be.

You're acting like ragequitting on Starfish Mainstage makes any difference at all in the outcome. If they didn't want this to happen, they shouldn't have designed a stage which incentivizes ragequitting by making it virtually impossible to stage a comeback.
My last round was literally a comeback in that stage. Yes during the round itself. You're acting like ragequitting on Starfish Mainstage makes any difference at all in the outcome. Well me and my boyfriend made king and king, clearly ur relationship needs to be strongerBoo didn't make it to Mayo Queen. The woes of having to share the Switch with your boyfriend. Of course he made it to Mayo King!![]()
Oh, I see. Weird that it unloads them temporarily.

Is this the community consensus?? I can't agree. I never have problems making comebacks on this stage. You're acting like ragequitting on Starfish Mainstage makes any difference at all in the outcome. What is the "dry" and "raw" stuff when it comes to your weapon? Just how much you use it?
Streak isn't exactly the right word, as I don't believe it resets when you lose, only subtracts points.Win streak with the weapon.

Splatfest match wins: 3 out of 12 matches. Not sure how many were ketchup vs ketchup.
Non-splatfest wins (last 12): 8 out of 12.
Well at least I can go back to standing a chance.
Win streak with the weapon.
Wait its over? Shit I thought it ran through tomorrow

Freshness bonus, you get a pretty good xp bonus when you rank up a weapon (like 4500 for Fresh I think?)
It goes from Dry (lose .5 points for a loss) to Raw (5 points needed, lose 1 point per loss) to Fresh (10 points needed, lose 1.5 per loss) to Super Fresh at 15 points.
But the matches are only 3 minutes...why would you quit, when it would take just as long to finish out the match. At least 90% of the time the team that wins the center in the first minute wins the stage. And I can tell you right now we were not going to be the 10%.

First the Matchups:
Though I probably fought more Ketchup than Mayo, I took a screenshot of every match I had with them with the results:
This is where I disliked the App a bit, as no matter who I fought, it would always say it was Mayo:
I do really like the Color though, wish Red was part of the regular rotation
Now for Random Pics
