Team flight!

You know being invisible I can get free flights anyway, perhaps even thanks to you because you wouldn't even see me!

There is a currency next to money that i got from being on team mayo (i think)what does it do and how do i use it?

Talk to guy that takes orders and scrub slots. You can use to get extra slots for abilities in gear without 3 of them already. Also scrub all on a piece of gear while you get random new ones. Don't spent it all in one time!

I've been giving myself the challenge of not allowing myself to use hero equipment until I've scored 'super fresh' on the non-hero version of it.
So far I can use my hero roller and hero duelies. For some reason when I try to super fresh on my brush or splatling the game seems to let me get to around 10 freshness before it starts teaming me with disconnectors at an alarmingly constant rate and tanks it back down to about 5 or 6 before allowing me to play 4 v 4 again instead of 4 v 3/2 :p

They're supersnails: you spend them at Murch (to the right of the lobby entrance) when you choose to add slots to clothing, or alternatively he can use them to reroll the subslots on clothes with all 3 sub slots already on them.

Thanks, now i can stay FRESH!! 😀

Digging Manta Maria. Pretty interesting design with all the various levels too it.

Also like the new Slosher weapon. I only tried it in test range so far. But i could totally see myself using it at some point.

Total Splatoon noob here needing some help. When refilling my ink there is that line that appears in different places from weapon to weapon and I cannot figure out what it represents. At first, being a veteran Gears of War player had me thinking it was some sort of active reload setup. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

it's the amount of ink you need to fire your subweapon one time, it varies from subweapon to subeweapon

The line shows you the amount of ink necessary to use your sub weapon.

Yup, I knew it was going to be something very simple like that. With that said, you are both awesome. Thank you very much for taking the time to help this old man out.

Had a very smooth night of Salmon Run tonight.

The map is actually probably easier than the first two. Even with the walls, most of the time the Boss Salmonids aren't very far from the basket at all.

Where do you go when there's grillers? Doesn't seem like there's an easy place to just sit and let them come to you. I tried hiding at the top of a wall but it just lost interest and chased someone else.

After failing twice with splatzones. (both in the final matches)
finally succeeded to get my first S rank... in Rainmaker.
it's a start

Salmon Run is incredibly fun.

Just had two great runs. In the first, we were swamped on the last wave and there's two of us left. One of us goes down, and there's about 8 seconds to go. There's no ink to swim in, so I'm screwed as everything is coming right at me. I throw a bomb at my recently deceased buddy and his life buoy appears just in time to get ressed as I get killed. He immediately activates the jetpack, escaping about 2 Maws trying to gobble him up along with 3 other bosses and he manages to fly around for the remaining 8 seconds while we all hold our breaths.

In the second one, we're bossing the 3rd wave but the inner room ends up swamped with 10 seconds to go. I leave the room casually (we got this) and now I've got a Steelhead and two Scrappers bearing down on me. Whatever, we've won. I look up at the UI and notice - all my teammates are suddenly dead! There's three seconds to go so I jump between the two scrappers, onto the wall then back over the Steelhead. Right as I land they all converge on me and kill me. I'm convinced I've lost as the "1" second mark had only just disappeared and we're all dead... but the game gives it to us! All the teammates were going crazy. As a bonus that was the round that put me into Profreshional and got me the superbonus.

Had another where we all died and a teammate Rambo'd out for a solid 20 seconds to secure the victory. Another where we needed one last egg and I had it at the basket and must have missed out by .0001 of a milisecond, ended at 11/12 on the last round. The mode is incredible at creating drama.

Real contender for GotY, this.

I don't really like this loadout... the blaster and the nozzlenose are way too similar. The splash-o-matic user ends up having to do all the heavy lifting for ink coverage.

Yeah not keen on the layout, but do like the stage

I think since it's more compact with an enclosed space, it does become a bit of a fun death trap for bosses. We ranked up some decent egg counts.

ONly downside is there's not much vertical ground so very tough for grillers and goldie rush to kind of have the one target filter them into a kill box

You guys are nuts. I've never had a better streak than with this set. No losses all the way to 1200 points.

The Nozzlenose chews through everything, lays huge globs of ink, and never runs out of ammo far as I can tell.

How are you supposed to beat grillers on Lost Outpost?

And I am not having the best of luck on this Salmon Run session. Went all the way down from Overachiever to Part Timer.

Getting disconnected like mad and any stable game I get has one or two disconnects on either team. Guess they're fucking with something.

Using those windows is the best bet. Always have one person killing small fry. I think the sniper only needs one shot to get them spinning, so set the charger up around the canister and have the target players swim by.

I dropped to Overachiever because I couldn't keep a stable game, but I almost won a run where two people dropped in the third round.

A bit of a rough loadout, but I didn't find it a huge issue: friend and I went through it, and while we had a couple of setbacks, we ended up making good progress and getting to the second superbonus pretty efficiently. It's definitely a map where you need to be willing to let some eggs go and stick to the quota: particularly on the grates, it's often about just killing the boss and then getting back to relative safety. But that's tough with the Flyfish, who are always a priority but particularly in the smaller square footage of the map.

Honestly I'm not even exaggerating when I say this - I have never killed an Octobrush user. I have always lost the 1v1.

don't even bother from the front, they just lay down a wall of ink and you can't see through it either. you gotta take advantage of the fact that their spread is abysmal, should let you swim around them and blast their arse

i really like this new salmon run map. Fuck the flyfish though

Nintendo is really cruel. I think my paygrade only rose from 100% to 105% after surviving all 3 waves with just me and another person.
