It would be really easy, even if your not good at shooting people, you also can contribute by painting the stage, or use the roller weapon in which you dont have to shoot.
In terms of game design, the roller is a stroke of clever men.

Just got the game and had half an hour to play before work. Just went through the tutorial and played like four matches online with randoms. I actually got first or second on my team each match, but didn't really know what I was doing. Didn't follow the game at all and ordered on a hunch a couple of days ago based on GAF hype. Seems really fun though, and eventually I'll learn what to do. It seems quite limited at the start though, I'll see what everything is about when I get to level 4 and unlock the shop. Just 40 xp away I think.

Edit: it seems to run at 60 fps to me? But what is up with the choppiness in the "hub"??

The game finally arrived and I've been having a blast. I fear I'll forever be terrible with splatcharger, though, as I can't get the gyro aiming down. If stick had allowed for both x and y-axis control it would've been great, but now it just feels awkward to me. Maybe I'll eventually get used to it, but...

You can turn it off in the settings menu.

The game does allow for traditional dual-analog. Just turn off motion controls in the options.

I hated the motion controls in the Testfire but I've actually kept them on in the final retail version. I've adjusted to them really well. I feel that they give me more accuracy because they aren't as twitch-happy. I also turned the sensitivity up a bit to +1 which helped. It's pretty odd that the default is -1 rather than 0.

It would be cool if the maps featured different times of day, like in the single player. It would add a little bit of variety so that even if you got the same map twice in a row it would look a little different.
