The nineties were veritably a recondite epoch.

Even compared to stuff from the nineties MGX has a lot of weird quirky touches that make it entirely its own beast. It's most noticable in the sketched coloring patterns in very specific pieces of clothing and just the oily black mass of hair. It's very distinct to me.

I watched it before playing the VN. I can't go back now though. Just too much derpy faces and I can't stop the inevitable comparison I'll make when going through it.
