It was a bug? I thought it was part of the punishment.
I browse OT regularly but I'm not nearly argumentative enough to take part in controversial discussions. I avoid girl-age, politics, religion, pets, depressing news, and pretty much any other toxic discussion that has a high chance of getting me worked up. I'm probably doing the anime thread a disservice by acknowledging and praising that it has an atmosphere of community, but the higher level of respect here is part of the reason why 99% of my posts are in this thread and I discuss few (if any) of my other hobbies elsewhere on the boards. I still strongly believe that AnimeGAF should stay in the OT, though.
When I was accidentally perma'd a while back, all of my subscriptions were still there when I was unbanned.

Skit at the start, when she is hit on the head was awesome, one of my favorite moments.
Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom 3/4
Good development for the duo, I really like them working as a team as well as actual getting a relationship or so. Kind of nice. Still curious of what the overall plot is and for the anime to actually "take off."

Ringo took it to the extreme with Project M, my eyes, so glad Shouma stopped her, though the ending was too much to handle, getting hit by a car, if he is injured or dies, I cant even imagine what I will do. Rather compelling anime still even if several pieces are still not in place, ie, the other Project M'rs havent interacted beyond Kanba. Penguindrum and what it does hasnt been revealed. Plan for why the lady's want the penguindrum, and what is even Yuri's motive is, honestly cant really just be a singer/actor, imo

Fate/Zero 1:
I know you guys hate ufotable, but I was pretty happy to see Fate/Zero open with the plain credits title card that I was used to seeing before each Kara no Kyoukai film. They don't seem to be capable of animating in anything resembling a truly HD resolution but they proved with KnK that given the resources they need they are plenty competent as an anime studio despite animating characters in SD and only the backgrounds in HD.
So, this episode serves mainly to explain in frequently confusing detail the setting of the Fate universe while introducing a bunch of characters while I tried in vain to remember who the hell anybody was. I suppose I'll figure out who everyone is once they've shouted each other's names at each other for a few episodes. Since I haven't bothered to watch Fate/Stay Night, the exposition was actually pretty useful for me. I seem to recall most of you found the first episode terribly boring because of all the exposition that you knew already. I'm a newcomer to this corner of the Nasuverse, so even though they went through all that shit really quickly I still sort of got the general idea of what is going on.
Also, giant creepy magical grubs crawling all over a little girl's naked body. Hrm.

That line and "Forward at minimum speed." from a previous episode pretty much summed up everything I felt about that show before I dropped it.
Does writing the scenario for a visual novel include the script, or is it just the story?
I really couldn't recommend this unless you're a very specific type of sci-fi fan. It's fine for me because I enjoy this kind of technobabble, but I can't really call it a great show.

Hopefully the writer gets assistance for making a compelling ending, after the way it was handled for Stein'sGate it was really the only thing holding it back from actually being an excellent story.
