I'm of course referring to the original Armitage the III. I ghaven't seen this particular movie I don't think. there was Armitage III dual Matrix and Polymatrix. I'm guessing this is Polymatrix.

I wondered if the previous stuff was better, but I don't know that I really feel like I care enough to bother investigating. I don't know... I might do it one day, since you seem so fond of it, but not right now...

He's so spineless that he looks like he's melting. It says something fairly amazing about his character that he was only in one episode of the series but I don't think I'll ever forget him when considering the most pussified characters in anime history.

New season, same characters, same wish.
Season 2 starts with bagpipes! Bagpipes! Besides the unique choice of instruments in the OP, this was almost like a re-do episode. Keiichi has to redo his wish or lose Belldandy forever but, it was pretty nice seeing those two doing couple-y stuff for once.

I don't know if there's going to be a formula where Nobunaga shows up at the end of each episode to "defeat" the character of the week or if the show is going to shift into srs plot business after several weeks of introductory episodes. Both sound equally bad, though I hope it's the former so we never have to see Melty-kun again.

This is one of my favorite shows this season so far.

The OST's fun. The military porn is interesting. Koko's awesome (plus she brings in the

Ichimaru Gin moe

). The rest of the cast is made up of characters with sober, actually human designs that really show they're battered, badass veterans. And the way they explain things to Jonah as if he was representing the viewer is very smart.

Good stuff.

I wonder at what point and under which circumstances it'll drop the episodic nature.
