I like how it looks for the most part though. But not much to say without learning much about the plot. And not even lightsaber battles in the trailer.

Was interested in Rebels when it got announced, but this trailer didn't really look interesting at all. The main character seems annoying and he has a silly space slingshot.

Would of been a nice addition for Clone Wars fans and could have lead to some interesting character interactions with her being an actual terrorist and all (plus she'd actually know how to be a rebel with her work on Death Watch).

Should be between Episodes 3 and 4, don't think we've been given any further information besides that.

The lightsaber around the 40 second mark seems to have less width at the end of the saber than the bottom, guessing that's because he made his own or homage to Episode 4 lightsabers.

It's a show for kids, I can't imagine an adult being interested in watching stuff like this.

Hopefully the films will have the universal appeal of the originals.

Looks cool. Clone wars looked horrible and was heavily panned when it first aired and it turned into something great. Will keep an eye on this one since it's set in a more functional setting than the mess of the prequels

i thought lucasfilm confirmed that ep 1-6 AND clone wars are offical canon? that would mean asoka is part of the current canon.

Sure, but Lucasfilm under Disney has already made it clear this time period is going to get mined in the coming years. After Episode VII they plan to do a live aciton film every year. Two of the confirmed projects are centered on Boba Fett and Han Solo during this time period. I am sure there will be more.

Yes, everything that happened in Clone Wars, including Ahsoka is canon.

They were considered canon by George Lucas but George Lucas isn't canon anymore. Only the 6 episodes and the 3D Clone Wars series happened.

At 0:18 in this trailer, stormtroopers are being blown up by a bomb. At 0:21 a stormtrooper takes a fatal gun shot right in his chest.

The show and the characters like Ashoka really take off in season 2. It's at that time the show said fuck it and started getting dark and serious

Trailers where they edit a characters dialogue in and it doesn't match their mouth moving that bothers me.

The main teen's plastic-like blue hair and Paul Atreides blue eyes throws me off, as does the pink Mandalorian armor girl with the Banksy-ish guerrilla paint fetish.

These two things, they do not make me feel as though the force is with me while watching the trailer.

Also, I was hoping for a more "painted" stylized look.
