Hey guys - I don't know who here cares at all, but I do, so I thought I'd share

Long story short there was an effort to bring MKP to MLG and permission was granted provided all his expenses were paid for. The community is essentially sponsoring MKP.

its interested that diamond/master are exremely simlar in macro then to grandmaster its a huge jump =o then if you want to be idra its an other big jump =o

but tbh, if you want to have a good measurement it should be korean ladder.
i saw minigun vs polt today and polt had 20 supply different while minigun had a third base.
so korean macro is way better overall.

if your not GM on NA then its a waste of cash to buy a KR key;; ( mostly talking to my brother;;)

but ya polt probably plays like 8-10 hours a day, probably more. Minigun probably plays like 4 hours a day on ladder;;;;

I would hypothesize that much of the results would be similar in meaning, just different in value and that there would be greater disparity between GM and Master due to the number of pros that play on KR, but the overriding conclusions would still be the same, no?


Now I want to see this analysis done realm vs realm.

don't think so, he quit prime because he want to have his own practicing schedule.

it was an example anyway, didn't idra miss a shitton of early injects in the last mlg ?

... polt left like 2 days ago, that can't affect his gameplay, this isn't bw;;

Imo zerg is the only race that should be able to stock mana in their macro style since they can do creep/transfuse but like protoss and terran should be punished for not macroing well ( and it would fix pvp without changing the ramp/range thing)

yeah but he wasn't part of the team house.
i'm sure he practice more than minigun anyway. so no argument here.

you don't do timings attacks/all ins so you don't know how good chrono boost really is.

3 gate pressure expand into 6 gate is pretty good.

timings attack for example chrono boosting upgrades so you can hit your opponent when have them immediately.
i don't think you understand what that means, but maybe you will learn them when you start playings protoss properly.

you don't need to stack your mana on your nexus to do those

Changing that for protoss and terran would make this game so much better imo

watching huk vs mana, huk full mana nexus in a pvp 4gatefest ;;;;

Hmm used 1 of my 2 GB bandwidth cap on my cellphone in 2 days due to tethering while my internet and tv was out. Stupid top gear and sc2 streams sucking my bandwidth.

I'll be on EU this weekend, gonna try to play a bit =/ and i'll try to play a bit more seriously after all the shit ive been through this week ;(

I am also disappointed that HongUn is the Protoss invite, I would've preferred Puzzle, JYP, or Sage :(

They had to go down to 28th place in the rankings for the pools due to Koreans not returning & a few foreigners not returning for Orlando. Notable foreigner absences: Sjow, Naniwa, Select, & Moonan

The MSRP has never really changed, but there's been plenty of sales below $60 before. It's available for $50 right now at Amazon.

Huk is a good player, but there's no way for him to win with the weakest race
Socke: same as above
Dongraegu is so bad he had to get a non-Korean charity spot for Code S
Not sure who this MC guy is, some Code A player I guess?
