Those are happening. Curious to see if what I heard about FFXVI is true.SOP is mostly about third-party partners. May get one or two sneak peaks for first party. Mentioning it here before the certain people start complaining soon after the showExcited nevertheless.

PS VR2 surprises me. State of Play is usually a quieter, regular stream, whereas special announcements usually happen in a Future of PlayStation or PlayStation Showcase event.
Technically, we have seen PSVR2 in the form of that Horizon game, so I guess the dam was already cracked for that to flow (and this will probably be mostly Third Party with maybe a Horizon gameplay session, probably not whatever AAA launch blockbuster Sony might have lined up for PSVR2.) Still, I would have expected a dedicated PSVR2 SoP for a full 30 minutes if this was the ramp-up moment for starting visibility and pre-orders for that product.

I'm hoping this ISN'T the only showcase they have in store for us... I mean, there HAS to be another, right? We don't know what's happening in the 2nd 1/2 of the year.
If they do, oh geez I'm hoping they do have one, it might be after Xbox. Maybe late June or even early July.
