anyone know if you can set a specific timer for giveaways or is it 15mins, 3hours and 24hours the only options?

The time counts down from when you generate, so if you wanted 6 hours you could generate a 24 hour giveaway and then wait 18 hours before you post.

So with the Dark Souls 2 Playfire rewards I finally decided to create an account there and link it with Steam/GMG. Well, it turns out I created an account there several years ago with an older yahoo email address and my desired account name. So when I logged in there with my current email address that's linked with my account on GMG it created a new account for me, but wouldn't let me set my account name because it already exists. I can't update the email on my original Playfire account because it created a new account with that email address. I put in a support ticket about 24 hours ago and have yet to hear a response.

In the meantime, I decided to watch the Red Wings game last night instead of play Dark Souls 2. Ugh.

They can't link up already created accounts yet. I've got the same problem. Already had a Playfire account with the same username. Support told me they'd let me know as soon as they could.

I didn't hate it, I enjoyed the story. I don't think it's anywhere near as terrible as the vocal majority makes it out to be, but that's just my opinion. You can do a lot worse with $5.

Sounds more like an overstatement rather than a real complaint, I don't recall seeing any user who reported severe input lag in the PC OT.

Controls are extremely unresponsive. Especially attacks, because you can bind attacks to the keys, but only the ones that are slow. The attacks that actually work, you have to use keys.

I do wish the mouse cursor wouldn't show in menus (when playing with a controller) but otherwise most of the DSII complaints are silly. A crazy amount of people simply don't understand how combat works, which is crazy given how popular the first Dark Souls was on PC and the availability of YouTube videos and Twitch streams.
