I find most OT's to be hit or miss and given how slow I am to progress in games these days, I find simple questions usually get lost in the shuffle.
Some are better than others, but it happens quite frequently.

I've got a big word doc full of other stuff that's a priority, the wishlist is more for sale things with me
I have a whole 8 items and one of them is DLC, used to be at something like 436 early last year. I clean it after the sales every time now because Lord knows I'm not buying them all, or playing them all, so I strip it to what I know I definitely want and refrain from adding maybe's unless I've researched them.
It gets unbearable after a while, doesn't it? How do you even find things in there? Do you actually rank them, or does it just become a mess of "I potentially want this but it's lost in the queue?"
E: Is it just me, or does the art for that Inexistence cover look a lot like a female Link?

i liked squarecells a lot and it's probably going on my top 10 this year barring some insane torrent of amazing games being released (which doesn't seem too far fetched considering how good the year has been so far) but i liked hexcells moreSpeaking of puzzle games:

Blow who? It's obvious Matthew Brown is the king of puzzle games.
Every puzzle here was meticulously crafted and it shows. Yes, there's only 36 puzzles here, and there's only one of them that's 14x14. Despite that, it still took me 8 minutes on average to clear every puzzle. This is amazing, considering I'm doing standard 15x15 nonograms in... dunno, 2-3 minutes. The nurikabe part adds so much to the overall challenge and feels like such a natural fit.
Im really looking forward to Squarecells+

I own a 360, XBone, PS3, WiiU, Vita, 3DS, and am still hoping to get a PS4 this year.
I can't even make time for any of them, because I'm too busy reviewing games on Steam.
Oh and I have 80+ games on my wishlist and still buy indie bundles on the regular.
