Nice review. I don't understand why games that are initially difficult are said to be "like dark souls".
The mechanics are quite different (obviously), it's more action based rather than the slow and methodical pace of Monster Hunter. You get a ground dash an air dash (no invincibility on them), and you can cancel some animations and such, my opinion on stories are throwaway so don't ask me there.
