I completed MechaNika. I do not have much experience with Point and click adventure games, outside of the few I played for educational purposes as a child and some other kid ones. Didn't play the Sierra or Lucasarts games of old. This one is pretty easy and straight forward. I liked the dark humor in it but, I can get why one wouldn't. It has some self referential humor that his a bit too on the nose at times but, I enjoyed it.

I haven't played Dark Souls yet, it's on my backlog .__.

I have trouble with long games, I usually only do a couple of those a year, and this year I'm doing The Witcher 2 and probably Pilars of Eternity.

I have trouble finishing long games. I think the longest this year so far has been Dying Light at 40 hours, Grim Dawn at under 30 hours and Blackguards 2 at about 22 hours. Can't even contemplate starting a 100 hour game atm!

Hidden object games are actually pretty fun. Played them a lot back in the day when I still bought gaming magazines, nowadays not so much anymore.

I really couldn't bring myself to start any steam game, I only want to play Dark Souls 3 and it's still not released.

That's the same position I'm in. Start a game, play it for five minutes and drop it again. My frothing demand for this game increases.

Are you on nvidia? There were some issues with some newer drivers for some people apparently, maybe it could be just that?

Don't ever use VPN on Steam gifts.

Stop! Using VPNs for buying or activating gifts will get your account banned pretty quick.

HTC addresses the Vive's rocky launch

There were suspicions that headsets ordered via PayPal were shipping ahead of those bought by credit card. According to HTC this is not the case: orders are processed on a first in, first out basis. However, PayPal users are charged immediately whereas card purchases are charged once the Vive is sent. If you paid by card and the authorisation hold disappears before you receive any shipping information, HTC advises you to get in touch.

Still more reassuring, HTC claims that there are currently no shipping delays. Your order will be sent in the month originally promised.
