Little King's Story definetely has the rough port things of usual. The deadzones is a problem for xbox 360 controller, the camera is not sensitive enough, although I think that was the case with the wii version as well, hopefully they'll let you adjust it in an update. And it's reversed with no way to change it.
But it's a great game, and the new textures make it look good. It's definitely more specs intensive than what I was expecting.

looked around on my priest to see how shadow was, whipped up a quick spec, it seems super interesting and one of the biggest ovrhauls. I havent actually tried it yet, these dmg queues take ages.

also, I have a bunch of heroic gear and I sware I dont remember doing any heroics, WoD really was a blur :/

haven't played WoW in a long time...ended up getting free copies of the expansions I didn't have from Blizzard as a way of getting people to play again...still haven't

Which and how!?

Pandaria and Warlords

I believe it was for people who hadn't subscribed for a certain amount of time...they added Standard Edition copies of each one to your account and gave you like a week of free time or something if you logged in by a certain date

the free copies of the expansions stayed in your account even if you logged in or not

* or what that other person said...either one

Initially I wasn't very happy with the Humble Monthly (Which I apparently forgot to unsub from) but I actually didn't have anything in the monthly list, soo ain't too shabby :)

Brutal looks interesting. A rogue-like (proper this time, sorta) remake of old ASCII dungeon crawlers where zoomed out the map is nothing but |, @, _ and other symbols, before diving down and being a action game with all those symbols becoming 3D models and characters. No longer do you have to imagine 1 is a enemy soldier.

Been Greenlit and game play looks decent for a perma-death and procedural generated game play. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=621485528

Glad to see humble has jackbox 2.
Still disappointed i forgot to pick up jackbox 1 from the last sale though. Would definitely pay ten bucks for that.

Dreadout is great, the DLC is a piece of garbage. Regarding the comic book, it explains the plot in the game? I mean, it's a usefull dlc?

That looks fantastic. I'm a sucker for roguelikes, and I'm loving the ASCII-meets-Tron art direction.

Had a few things on my wishlist. I had the same reaction as you initially but then it was better when I looked into the stuff.

hyperbole much?

The bundle is fine imo

That is the point of humble monthly bundle: being surprised. People think the bundle is crap because there is no Doom or whatever, but the games are nowhere near the usual indie +1s that you can find in other bundles. It is a bundle of surprises, but so far, mostly good surprises. I have just tested Poi and it is way better than expected, very reminiscent of Super Mario 64. I get to play games that I would have put in my "Not Interested" category and I would have missed out.

humble monthly needs a strong game up front. Like the Mad Max month. or Soma next month. That way, whatever comes with it is just the cherry on top.

nobody gives a fuck about Blops 3 multiplayer. or the survival game the month before (I already forgot the name)

Danger land or something.

I sold my Blops 3 key for $5 and my Hurtworld key the month before for $6. I also just sold my SOMA key this month. As a result I've cut my "risk" from each monthly in half. So while I was very disappointed with this month's bundle (mostly because I just bought the Jackbox pack not long ago), I can continue to take the risk at a more reasonable level. So I kinda like it when the up front game is something I don't actually want.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
I finished I am Setsuna, the game was really great. I absolutely loved the music.

Someone here did praise Random Access Murder if I recall correctly though, I think it was Anteater or someguyinahat? Either way, it looks the most interesting of the bunch.

it's an indie multiplayer only game

it will be dead in a week

Yeah I confused it with another game that shared a similar artstyle. Now I'm mad because the bundle managed to be worse than I expected and that I don't know the name of said game :(

Got back from Suicide Squad movie
Can't say whether I liked it more than BvS TBH, with BvS, despite being slow paced, it had a pacing and while I didn't like how BvS went about its plot it at least stayed the course.

Suicide Squad couldn't find a middle ground to go with, lots of scenes could've been presented better, and the cast really would've benefited from being way smaller.
There really isn't much bonding going on between the team to make you care or accept the chemistry between them.

Also Joker was underutilized, and I really didn't feel this characterization of him nor Harley, even though Harley had some good scenes.

I finished I am Setsuna, the game was really great. I absolutely loved the music.

Eh I think i am nearing the game's end and honestly...it's mediocre. Granted if one hadn't played traditional turn based jRPGs in quite some time they may like it, but there is a lot about it that brings it down.
The characters, the pacing, the uninspired dialog and characterization.

I thought the pacing was one of the better things about it, it wasn't wasting time and always moving onwards.

And yea, i am Setsuna is pretty enjoyable for what it does and i don't regret playing it, but it's not something i'll remember fondly five years in the future.

I did not know there was such a thing, but apparently, there exists an annual conference of Myst fans. The Starry Expense (a Riven fan remake) is slowly showing some progress. There is a Twitch channel live right now: https://www.twitch.tv/mysteriumcon Hopefully, we get to see a release this year or next year. I enjoyed my time with realMyst, but I could not stand the slideshow style of Riven, I want real 3D to understand what is going on.

Has anybody else experienced screen tearing when scrolling through the store after the most recent windows 10 update? Any fixes?

Well I hope so, because this feels like one of those games that going back to after some time may make one wonder how they even enjoyed it, especially after (re-)experiencing other jRPGs.

Sounds like a typcial JRPG. You have to be more specific than that.

Nah, there are jRPGs whose writing that I find enjoyable still, for example
I still enjoy FF6's writing, FF5's proper writing, Chrono Trigger's, SMT4
To name a few
The dialog in this game just feels flat with nothing that makes their characters stand out

I miss being able to just redeem straight to my account on humble. Still a pain that there is no way to redeem keys aside from being at your computer .
