Those Gamestop Square Enix prices are glitches for sure.

Looks like they just discounted everything -75% (expect Deus Ex Mankind Divided base game).

Go fast if you want those and hope you don't get manual review.

Is the season pass for RotR worth it?

I grabbed it, but it probably won't be for everybody. It has a roughly 2-3 story dlc and then it looks like the other two things are survival modes and then you get a lot of costumes/weapons.
