So this comes out the same day as Fallout 4...damn lol. What shipping options does Valve give you at checkout?

I should play some fallout 3 tonight with the controller on my live stream to see how it works.
your best bet for getting one nov 10th would probably be trying to hit up a gamestop on that day. I ordered my steam machine and links on the very first day, and my shipping notification says it's coming on the 20th or so. I would expect that they have tons of orders to fill in november.

I'm pretty sure that game does not support controller and mouse at the same time.
I ordered mine around the first hour too, no email yet, and i'm in the UK.Just got an email saying delivery is this Saturday. I ordered the hour it went up on Steam. Check you're email boys and girls. I'm in California.

Me three, no email (yet).did the same, and I'm in seattle. no email
Got to try one last week. The haptic feedback is amazing and aiming with the right touch pad was a breeze. I'll buy one as soon as I can.
Do you think it would be possible for a dev to implement that kind of control granularity in a native steam controller game? The possibilities are huge if it can seamlessly switch between contexts like that and possibly more!I can't wait till these get into peoples hands
I've been going through a bunch of games in sequence, setting their controls. There are a lot more gamepad + mouse compatible games on steam than I thought.
While I don't particularly recommend the control scheme, one of the coolest uses of the haptic feedback is when you use the touchpad as a "joystick camera." When in "joystick camera" mode, the spot on the touchpad that you first touch becomes the dead zone, and as you pull away from that spot, it emulates an analog stick. It feels sort of like stretching a rubberband taut.
While emulating an analog stick is a bit of a dud, the feeling is great, and it would be cool to have a game use this control method for like a cross bow or something of that sort.
got my dispatch email last week, it's not moved from the Netherlands (I'm in the UK)
My Controller is on the way and stuck in the Netherlands since 09.29.15.
Did anybody get it already in Europe?
BTW i live in Germany
I'd assume they are being shipped to Netherlands for reshipping.

Mine is exactly the same...

Got the shipping information for my Steam Controller! It is expected to arrive Oct. 13th next week! It is shipping from Illinois via FedEx. I ordered mine on June 4th

just got word back from bish, thread is all yours Nzyme32. Hit me up via PM if you want any of the things I've written (although most of my stuff won't be ready until a few days before the 16th).

pair of games that work terrifically with these controllers - Crysis and Crysis Warhead. They support gamepad + mouse and it feels awesome.

That sounds like it could be great for a pool or golf game. While and analogue stick is serviceable having some feedback might make finenessing shots accurately a fair bit easier.
I should have ordered from the Steam website instead of in store at GS.
did the same, and I'm in seattle. no email
LoL.
I'm in Kennewick. Can I just drive up to Bellevue and have Gabe hand-deliver it to me...?
I love that the stick is convex, since I argue with people in every single controller thread that convex sticks are superior![]()
10/10 delivery date for mine! I've been holding out on some 3rd person games in my library to use with this, so it should be interesting to compare it with my wired 360 controller.
Oh shit! Just got tracking number for mine. Estimated 10/13 delivery.
