Why does he wear the mask!?
When I last bought something there, yes. But still, I encourage you to read this following quote:

If I were you I'd first buy something very cheap, a 1$ game or whatever cheapest thing Nuvvem has, and if that checks out for you without any problems, I don't see why other purchases should.

I'll give that a go now.

It's Football Manager 2016 I'm after. It says on the page "Cannot be activated outside Brazil"

Pfoe, this is going to be a clusterfuck whenever the Darksiders Franchise Pack gets another 80% off like it regularly had. Any way to see what keys have the old DS2 and which ones have the Deathinitive?

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

So its 80% for previous owners, no free update I guess. Is it even worth it?
Only for the +1. It's not a good game, and a fresh coat of paint won't make it fun. Save your money for a game that does everything DS2 does but better and get Kingdoms of Amalur.

Sadly, reviews and refunds are the only tools we as customers have at are disposal.

I'm just voting with my wallet, but that's not going to be very impactful in this case.

That was my original thought too, but decided it was worth taking action.

BTW, this review needs some love.

Yeah the Steam Forums are starting to get filled with people have issues. They honestly might have actually just used the original PC base and patched it. Since some of the same issues are present.

wtf GMG is sold out of BLOPS3...I was going to wait and buy later but I saw it was 33% off and i was going to see if I could use 20% off coupon too. Still funny they sold out of a digital game.

Steam-GAF's Official Ambassador to Gaming-GAF
Nvidia promises Game Ready drivers for a dozen holiday games

Nvidia's new driver, version 358.87 (download link), is out just in time for the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops III this week. As well as BlOps 3, it has also added "Game Ready" support for Anno 2205, and the new War Thunder patch with GameWorks.

Nvidia has also said that it will be adding Game Ready driver support "on or before launch day for the top titles this holiday season." The game's included in this are:
  • Civilization Online
  • Fallout 4
  • AssCrud: Syndicate
  • Monster Hunter Online
  • Overwatch
  • Just Cause 3
  • RollerCoaster Tycoon World
  • StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void
  • Star Wars: Battlefront
  • Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege
  • War Thunder

Release 358 has added SLI support for ShadowPlay and GameStream in Windows 10, as well as Stereo support for DirectX 12 SLI and 3D Surround. ShadowPlay is Nvidia's screen recording utility, and GameStream is streaming tech that allows you to pipe a PC game to a GameStream-capable box connected to your TV over WiFi.

The new driver has also added a number of bug fixes related to performance drops and crashes for Windows 10, 8, and 7. Known issues on Windows 10 still include stuttering and flickering in the newly released version of Batman: Arkham Knight.

If you're using GeForce Experience and have handed over your email address, then you'll have a chance to win one of the prizes Nvidia is offering this holiday, from games and graphics cards to the Shield Android TV box, part of Nvidia's incentive to join their mailing list.

It's on a game by game basis.

Cities Skylines can be purchased with the use of a VPN. So can Stasis and LEGO Worlds.
Cities Skylines: After Dark can not. Even with a correct IP address, that catalog entry will check your payment address and reject you if you are not within the specified region.

The long and the short of Nuuvem:

(1) You can try to purchase anything you want using VPN.
(2) If payment goes through and you are granted a key, depending on the app packages in steamdb, you may need to activate using a VPN as well.
(3) If you pre-order anything, there is a chance they could modify the key retroactively and require you to use a VPN to play the game. This is what happened to JaseC. Based on his posts, he suggests this is most likely to affect preorders but not games that are released (or releasing within a day or so).

Of course, all use of VPN comes at your own risk. If you use a VPN and for some reason Valve took issue with your account doing so, you could receive a ban. This seems uncommon, as most of the bans seem to be centralized around people using VPNs to purchase from other regions' steam stores. This doesn't mean it's 100% safe though, as I understand, it's still against some clause of the ToS agreement.

TL;DR: give it a try, but beware of the risks involved.
