The servers are kinda overloaded at the moment. Whether any particular piece of data-- milestones, your stats, your Steam level, etc-- loads at any given moment is entirely a matter of chance.
All you can do is keep hammering F5 and hope it somehow helps.

Yesterday's game ended at 9am, the next round begins at 10am. You can "join a game" now but there's no actual game to be joined, which is why it keeps "ending" when it reaches 1000 players.

At the moment, once it reaches 1000 players it just tells me, "This game is over. Click OK to continue."

The metro series is fantastic if you haven't played it. I've only beat the first game but it was amazing start to finish. The atmosphere is one of the games greatest strengths.

Scholar of the first sin now costs more to upgrade than to buy. Is this a problem with UK prices only?
Looks like my game was still pretty active overnight. Went to bed around 2am and I was at 104ish in the monster game. Got on after the game died this morning to find that they managed to hit 170 while I was gone. My brother's game by comparison only managed 50 levels in the same timeframe.
Pretty sure there was someone on here that had a 2 hour lead on me and 20 levels when I checked around midnight. What's the highest anyone here managed?
EDIT: And there it is, level 200 while I was typing.
