yeah, i'm correcting myself on this: WTNO at 75% is probably not a price error, the price fluctuation was just a hiccup

Imma pass on TNO, I still haven't finished Alien Isolation and will probably save my money for a bigger discount on Ys Napishtim.

Didn't Wolfenstein: TNO get a price cut to $45 a few months ago?

Now it's 75% off $60, which is actually 66% off $45. It would still be a good deal without the base price increase.

Does Steam charge tax for non-Washington residents now? I'm an Illinois resident.

This is what I'm getting:

I give Crypt of the Necrodancer Opera-singing Shopkeeper/10. Probably one of the best games of the entire year.

If you get it, you have to try the metal soundtrack, it kicks ass.

With The Witcher 1/2 at 85% off apiece, can anyone advise me (as someone mildly interested in picking up Wild Hunt later in the year) on whether it's worthwhile/recommended/necessary to play the series in order?

Necessary ? No. Worthwhile ? Yes, very much.

Might as well play them first since they are so cheap, because if you play 3 and decide to go back and check 1/2 out, they will feel kinda clunky.

In the Steam client, I only got 2 cards running the thing almost all night.

Until I get enough cards to craft the badge, I can't persist any cash or abilities over to the next day, correct? That's going to suck for a few days until I get 10 cards.
Answering my own question, I got unlock points to buy some one-time-use minigame items even though I hadn't yet crafted the badge.

I know, I'm going to be spending $150 on the Substance bundle (normally $300) and my budget is $200 for the sale, so I'm trying to limit myself unless its a game I really want. lol

I think it depends on the state you live in. Illinois probably passed a law about that, MN passed a similar law for internet purchases but I think it doesn't apply to digital downloads.

So yesterday it seriously took my group 2 hours to get from level 10 to 11. I just now went from 58 to 70 in like 5mins. WTF. This is hilarious...

Nothing for me today. I played about 15 minutes of that stupid monster game and I could feel my lifeforce waning each minute. What an absolute waste of time. lol I let you guys do that junk so we can get more deals. wowzers

Got NBA2K15 for €12.49. I was actually thinking of getting the PS4 version while it was on sale for the PS+ Anniversary for €35, but figured I'd get the PC version at this price, and end up getting NBA2K16 for PS4 instead, so I'm happy.

Also, seems like the Monster game is in overdrive, 15 minutes in and we are already at level 41!

Wait, Nidhogg has online multi now ? Or was it always the case. I'm pretty sure i remember it being local only.

gave away the keys to the kingdom.
The OP will be updated shortly. I'm dumb and accidentally deleted the earlier deal images. That and I had to wait for some of the discounts to update.

A little disappointing that games like Lego Jurassic World and Witcher III say that they're a Daily Deal, yet don't discount themselves any further than what they have been normally during the sale. I get that they're brand new games, so I'm not complaining about the discount, but don't say it's a Daily Deal when I can get the same price any other time during this sale.

my god this avatar owns
Legend of Grimrock 2 - 75% off
Lego Batman 3 - 75% off
Nidhogg - 90% off
This War is Mine - 60% off

Not bad, not bad at all.

Yup, they jacked the base price back up right before the sale, to make the discounts look more significant than they are.

GAF I'm interested in This War of Mine. See it for $8. Is now the time to buy it, or do you all think it can go for lower? Also anyone that has played it, what did you think of it?
