Steam Summer Sale 2015 thread of refunding everything you buy (June 11-21)

Got NBA2K15 for €12.49. I was actually thinking of getting the PS4 version while it was on sale for the PS+ Anniversary for €35, but figured I'd get the PC version at this price, and end up getting NBA2K16 for PS4 instead, so I'm happy.

Also, seems like the Monster game is in overdrive, 15 minutes in and we are already at level 41!

Does anybody know if 2k15 is any good online in PC? I heard there's noone playing and that is such a pity. I would also like to know about netcode, if the thing works good.

For Wolfenstein The old blood. I assume the one only in german:

Languages:
Interface Full Audio Subtitles :
German
English Not supported

is the censored non-nazi one right ? And the one with multiple languages is the non censored.

Anyone want to post a screenshot or list for us poor saps stuck at work?

Thanks!

Here ya go

Gonna ask fast before all of your levels fly away as I still cannot get into a game anyone still sub level 10 willing drop me and add?

Just bought:

1. Wolfenstein: The New Order + The Old Blood
2. Lego HP 1-4/5-7/Hobbit/LOTR
3. Witcher Adventure Game
4. Portal 1+2

about £37 altogether.

Damn, Witcher 1 for 1,19. I actually wanted it for GOG, it's where I have TW2 and 3 and it doesn't feel right to leave TW1 out of the family...

Yup, they jacked the base price back up right before the sale, to make the discounts look more significant than they are.

Yea, I checked on ITAD and indeed the base price went down from $60 to $45 on March 17.

I find this new practice to be repulsive. 67% off $45 is still a very good deal. There's no need to inflate the discount percentage with disingenuous base price manipulation.

Would buy Child of Light, but Uplay is a dealbreaker.

Got Metro 2033 Redux and Penny Arcade 4 yesterday. Probably nothing today.

Too bad the Lego games that are seldom discounted aren't really part of the daily. Would have grabbed those Indiana Jones ones if they were 75% off.

Didn't expect HuniePop to join the flash deals (which is why I had bought the artwork DLC this morning to pad out a purchase). Game is a fun match 3 game, for those that might be interested.

No idea about the Multiplayer aspect. I was mostly going to play Single player (This is my first basketball game) and use this time to get used to everything before NBA2K16 comes out.

GAF I'm interested in This War of Mine. See it for $8. Is now the time to buy it, or do you all think it can go for lower? Also anyone that has played it, what did you think of it?
It's basically The Sims: Sarajevo. The actual mechanics are kinda clunky, but they're tuned well enough that beating them feels desperate and so thrilling at times. The more you play it, the less impressive it gets, but you can't really go wrong for $8.

Not sure how high you got yesterday (earlier today), I got to 120ish but I was able to join a level 58 game today being back at 0. Have you tried joining some of the higher games your friends might be in?

Alright, I picked me up Child of Light, Crypt of the Necrodancer and the first Witcher game, because I guess it's time to jump on that bandwagon.

Running total: $32

Octodad and the Lego Batman trilogy pack for the kids, although I will play as well :). As well I picked up NBA 2K15. $34.07 cdn total! I am glad I am PC gamer now! Thank you GabeN.

These Steam sales are highly addicting!

I'm looking for some good local-online co-op games for at least me and one buddy, if not more to play. Does anyone know of some good games on sale that fit the criteria? No, preference on game or type of game. However, I would like it to be good (obviously) and meaty if possible, don't want a 1hr co-op game.

I'm really happy with Valve, they put an enormous amount of games on sale compared to the previous years to better show just how much their library has grown.
