If I buy Bad Company 2 through steam, do I have signup for that stupid EA access shit to play it online? I already own it from another service, but I would gladly pay $5 to not support EA's shitty online services.

If you haven't already, you really should get Plants Vs. Zombies. I will recommend Magicka as well, though you should try to play it with your friends

As much as you're pimping that post, a lot of people have liked Fable 3.

It might be flawed, but as long as people know that, it's quite a good price.

My advice to people is to go to some sources you trust when it comes to judgement on the Fable franchise (eg: Giant Bomb or something) and get some opinions that aren't that post, because I don't think one person hating on it should be the dominant opinion on the game.

Me? I think I'm going to wait purely because it will be cheaper at Christmas, but if it's the same price come December I'll buy it.

it's a decent game but I wont get it sine they will never release the DLC on the PC.

I say yay if you never plan on getting the console versions.

You can do them anytime (until the end of the sale). So if you don't want to post a comment on a friends account you don't have to worry about missing that ticket.

Coop/PvP dungeon crawler where you level yourself up. There's a few loot drops you can pick up while playing but it's more important to know how to cast your spells. And there are so many combinations you can learn.

I've only played it for a few hours myself, but a lot of people on my friends lists have 20+ hours in the game. Easily worth the asking price. Easily. It's a lot of fun, especially in coop. All of the ways in which things can go horribly awry are why Magicka is so awesome.

Anyone here want to play Magicka with me?

Not just for the achievement but just in general as well. Haven't had as much fun with it as Youtube videos make it out to be. I think it's a game better played with more people but I hardly know anyone that play it.

Darksiders get. I played BioShock 1 on the 360 and would love to revisit it. Heard some mixed things about BioShock 2. Are the pair of games worth $10?

Aaaaargh can't decide between RE5 or Super Meat Boy + PvZ.

I've completed both RE5 and SMB on the 360 but the UGC for Super Meat Boy is tempting, whereas m+kb and the colours mod for RE5 makes me want that. Hmm.

It's a more "Gamey" version of Bioshock. With the first one, there was always some grand idea behind everything you encountered, and it felt like everyone you met had a story behind why they were in Rapture.

In 2, everything seems to exist became of a gaming mechanic they wanted to push.

IT okay, but not in the same league as the first,

Yeah, playing Mercenaries 3D right now really makes me want to revisit some games. I had RE5 on the 360 and traded it in a long time ago, but have been wanting to play it lately. Upgraded my PC last year and having been looking for a good sale on it, but the fact that there's no DLC available makes it really hard to buy at 15 dollars.

You'd have a valid point if I wasn't a fan of the previous Fable games. I'm not hating on it because I want to jump on the bandwagon, I'm hating on it because it's an objectively bad Fable game.

But, hey, at the end of the day, "Your mileage may vary" and such, and that's fine. I just feel it's my due diligence to warn potential buyers.

All of them.

Only 3 of the new 4 DLC got a 66% discount. The Watchtower is still 33%. I bought the other 3. I wonder if it's a bug and it'll be fixed later.

Darksiders for me today. Really glad I held out during the winter sale.

I own everything else of interest. AVP is something I will pick up for $3.75 or less in a year or two. With the aggressive pricing on DD games lately, $5 is no longer an instabuy for games I have little interest in.

The Spiral Knight Achievement didn't work. I bought a Firecracker, no cheeve. Equipped it, no cheeve. 3000 wasted if I don't get it on the next log in/when it gets fixed.
