I think for the perfect achievement you need 2 exclamations marks per stage (ie. perfect the bonus as well). I didn't get the achievement for a single perfect until I got a perfect bonus so I'm assuming perfect impetus wants you to perfect all of them.

Open steam. Click on the steam menu, click on settings. In the window that opens up click on downloads & cloud. Select your speed I use 10 M Cable and Fiber, and select a server.

Doesn't matter where you are located you can select any of the servers. The one in miami is allowing me to download at 2.0 MB per second.

Wow I didn't know you could do this. I'm getting 2.7MB from the Miami server.

Your account may get blocked from all purchases using other methods (Paypal, other credit cards, etc.). So you might have to get other people to buy & gift to you. It sucks.

I think the credit card companies freak out over this sale . . . lots of small dollar online purchases over & over. So they flag it. Using the Steam Wallet may help . . . Just buy a block of money and use it to buy stuff.

For a new player, Counter-Strike Source.

CS 1.6 is for the more hardcore.

Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike: Source are both great. I'd recommend buying both.
