Yeah, that works.

Unfortunately, no.Zaphod said:I already own Sims 3. if I get a friend of mine buys the complete pack can he gift me all the expansions and keep the original for himself?
Grinchy said:So, I should re-purchase the game on PC for the added benefit of playing it in a way that's similar to playing on PS3? That's all I'm really saying. If I get less than 30fps on the PC version, why would I buy it?
That's fair enough. I just wish my PC could run GTA4 properly. I haven't paid to find out if it does, and I probably won't, but I'd love to have the game in a more playable state. I beat it on PS3 already, but if I could play at a better framerate with more bells and whistles, I'd be a happy grinch.Petrie said:I'm not saying that at all, I'm just saying I'm glad I don't notice such things, and can just enjoy games on whatever platform. If the graphics are much prettier I'll notice, if it has less frames, I wouldn't have a clue.

Volcynika said:I personally did it myself. Code worked fine and added the game to my Steam account.
Same response here! Already have Sims 3, really want the expansions for cheap, and this is probably one of the few chances I'll have. Oh, bugger.Zaphod said:Aaaaargh!!
Thanks for the info though!

Well, I live in Mexico and I just bought it and activated the game on Steam. I just put in a US billing address and it went through.SalsaShark said:region restricted
jsrv said:I missed the discount on Fallout 3 GOTY. Is it still worth $22.49 USD? Or does it go on sale often?
Maxim726X said:Okay, purchased. Do I have to do a normal install before being able to register on Steam?
Volcynika said:No, just go to your games/downloads section, should be a "View Product Key" under it on the list. If not you may have to just start the download for that option to appear.
Is this IP Blocked or do i need a VPN to activate this if i am non-American? I know Mafia 2 had problems.Volcynika said:Not sure if it's already been posted, but you can get Dawn of War 2 - Retribution from Amazon (choose the download option) for $7.49.

No, use game save managerSyphon Filter said:What is the best way to backup your game saves? Just make a folder after each game and put the files in each one?
It favors processors over graphics cards.MMaRsu said:Damn damn damn I really really wanted to buy BC2 at that price, but I tried the demo and on low settings it still runs like dogshit. Strange when I can run some newer games better.

Fjord said:I can't recommend it to be honest. Had to do some editing to get it to launch, it crashes if you alt tab twice. Also the game kills my hand from holding down my assault rifle every wave. Bit more fun in the multiplayer but you can't use steam's 'join game' button.
