If you are at all a fan of puzzle games you need to grab SpaceChem in the next half hour. I'm only a few hours in and I already think its the most brilliant puzzler I've played...maybe ever.

Meh, no thanks... and I am a fan of puzzle games.

I tried out the demo, and by god did it make me feel stupid, even by the 2nd tutorial.

Watching the video, I don't understand what you're trying to achieve in SpaceChem. I see some molecules randomly flash on occasion.

Spacechem's structure and rules become (slightly) more clear when you read this.

Just remember that the Grab/Drop icon must be placed DIRECTLY ON TOP OF the atom you're trying to pick up to work.

Without being able to see what each of the red/blue nodes does, watching the video is basically pointless. There is a demo, I suggest you try it.

What's it most similar to?
Like Kai3345 said, it's very similar to Battlefield. There are ground troops, 'vehicles' and even battles in space. The maps are pretty big too from what I remember.

Try the demo. The video doesn't really convey the goals or gameplay.

"Aesthetically gorgeous and charming, feels great on the 360 pad, and simple yet entertaining mechanics." -me when I bought it on release.

Does Just Cause 2 have good native xbox 360 controller support?

Yes. You can evens switch between controller and m/k on the fly. I like to drive vehicles with a controller and do on foot sections with m/k

Yo, SalsaShark mentioned he'd be away from the computer during today's update. I'm going to update the sale list and the main graphic, but I don't plan on updating achievement tips or anything like that. So, uh, keep that in mind or whatever.

Do you need to buy something to connect a 360 controller to your computer (besides the controller of course)?

No. The wired connects to a usb port and the wireless pad comes with wireless receiver it needs, which also connects to a usb port.

A friendly reminder GAF: The faster we refresh the Steam-frontpage, the better deals we're gonna get!

Why do I always feel the need to constantly refresh the main page even though it clearly says when the new deals will be posted?

Thanks, now I just have to convince my brother to give me his extra controller.

If he only has a wireless pad from an X360, then yes, he'll need to buy the stand-alone wireless receiver, which I think has since been discontinued.

They way he phrased the question makes it sound like he's buying the controller, in which case the wireless one comes with everything you need.

I'm having a problem with Splinter Cell: Conviction (well, ACII as well). The mouse feels really..sluggish I guess. I have the sensitivity turned all the way up. Any help?
