With the aim of further expanding its player base and strengthening the success of Stella Blade, Shift Up has announced that the game will be released for PC in 2025 and will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

In addition to the financial results and plans for Stella Blade, Shift Up also revealed other important information. A partnership with Netflix to produce an animated series based on Goddess of Victory: Nikke and the opening of a new studio in Los Angeles.

Why do people keep spelling it Stella
Also great but I'll probably stick to doing a New Game+ run on Hard with the new patch

Good news, but could be up to another year or more. I want to play it now ;)

New studio in LA? Um... Guess this was lightning in the bottle then. Not looking forward to the sequel.

LA? That is not good considering West is so infested with twisted woke agenda. Well, I know that political climate is different now in USA but still its in L.A. with so muc woke agenda. I hope ti si just technical side, not development. The poison BlackRock and sweet baby inc is in that location.

Finally something official. Wish we had a date, but it is what it is. US office and partnering with Netflix gives me some concern, though...

I will still prefer to play this game in my ps5 and especially when I get ps5 pro next year. By the way, I don't know if its bad news, but the LA studio makes me worried considering the west is infested with twisted woke agenda and Sweet baby inc lurking.

Fwiw their game studios seem to have a different mindset than their streaming productions. Shit, they fixed the GTA Collection before Rockstar

NIKKE AND NETFLIX??? WHAAAAAT?

Los Angeles????

Dear lord...

Tsk tsk, I hope they will still have freedom in there creativity even if they will have studio in LA, and not be blinded by money from Sweet baby inc and other consulting firm with same agenda. I don't want too see those pronoun issues, trans, woke agenda and ugliness in this game.

And they made him a Lord of Cinder. Not for virtue, but for might. Such is a lord, I suppose. But here I ask. Do we have a sodding chance?
Thank FUCK it's coming to PC so I can mod it. I can't stand how the main character is so sexualized. With the mods, I can finally make her into a fat, ugly caucasian. The kind of woman IM into

We pretty much knew about the pc port for a while, good to have it confirmed yet again, a release date would obviously be much more interesting.

. A partnership with Netflix to produce an animated series based on Goddess of Victory: Nikke and the opening of a new studio in Los Angeles.

This, hower, is interesting. Obviously hearing Netflix attatched to it makes you wanna scream out in agony, but then again, they apparently did do pretty good with Cyberpunk? I haven't watched it, but maybe they actually just let SHIFT Up cook. I do hope so.

I do not see any positive outcome whatsoever from opening a studio in LA though. At best I hope LA won't poison them.

The LA studio left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I'm not excited with the sequel or future dlc. I don't know if its Sony gave them a studio in LA and ordered them to have a studio in LA, or there is money involve, but I'm a bit worried with the Netflix tie up and most of all the LA studio. Just look what happened to Sony PS in California. I hope Shift up will be wise not to be influence by Sweet baby inc, blackrock or any consulting group with twisted dei and twisted woke agenda. With the new political climate coming up, I hope that poison from twisted dei and woke agenda will not happen.

Wait, is this source legit? I looked up "Nikke Netflix" on google, because I wanted to see if there are more details, but there are no reportings. The article on eurogamer.pt links to this report, which is in korean. https://www.inven.co.kr/webzine/news/?news=300823 I don't see any mention of 넷플릭스 (Netflix), but I can only read hangeul, so someone with actual korean skills should check that. Google Translate isn't saying anything about LA (or netflix) either.
