Bottom 2 seems to be FANG and Alex. Everything else seems variable, but Juri is usually put on the low end too.

Edzi pretty much nailed it. Alex would have escaped bottom 3 if his buffs were as significant as Vega's, but that is not the case. Dunno where Fang falls on the list, though.

Bullshit. Dan is a joke character in that sense that he's shit tier.

Sean is shit tier but he's literally at the start of his character arc of the young student eager to learn and as such has the potential to be much more.

Dan will always be a joke character. Sean has the potential to be more. Neither is unsalvageable.
