At CEO. Then Wolfkrone tried to talk to Justin and others at Final Round and Justin was just telling him off.
I'm sure He's aware of his capabilities as a player especially against a player he's faced many times.
Krone agreed to split at NEC, but he won and then decided he didn't want to (eventually he gave in though, but says he felt really bad about it).
Justin was talking about that with some other top players at FR after everything was over (no splits this time), and blew up Krone for it.

Its more like krone won't be shit without viper. He hasn't proven to be versatile with his characters, viper isn't really an sf character so there is some weight to what he's saying.
