I guess WiiU isn't really Smash 5 because then the play on words doesn't work
Oh my, no, sorry.
I thought the Sakurai quote made it obvious.
Alright GAF. I just downloaded the demo and I've never owned a Smash Bros before. Gimmie some tips so I don't get my ass beat.
Okay so are lvl 9's easier in this? I'm getting mixed answers but to me they seem easier compared to past versions.
Seem about the same to me.Okay so are lvl 9's easier in this? I'm getting mixed answers but to me they seem easier compared to past versions.

The AI seriously switches from being really easy to bait to always reading your every move in the demo at least lmao.Okay so are lvl 9's easier in this? I'm getting mixed answers but to me they seem easier compared to past versions.
Worse at offense, better at defense.Okay so are lvl 9's easier in this? I'm getting mixed answers but to me they seem easier compared to past versions.

It takes like 10 matches to get used to it. It felt terrible at first but it's like second nature to me nowiv decided to not touch this demo again
the controls are so shit there's no point in training into it and then back out of it after 0ct3rd
The demo comes with a how to play video that explains the basics. Basically start off getting used to the controls.
Spam ALL THE BUTTONS!don't do this unless you're playing with me when the game is released
Focus on A attacks instead of specials (B button). You don't want to be like Hamayama. Use all your jumps before using your special up-B to recover.
Wii U version is still Smash 4 if we follow the conventions of every other fighting game.I guess WiiU isn't really Smash 5 because then the play on words doesn't work
Wait at the start screen and it will automatically load the "How to Play" video.Where is it? I can't find it in the menu. Only tips.

I know
Also I doubt that is a play on words, Nintendo really is that bad at naming things.
Controls are completely fine to me, only issue I have is the up tilt but everything else is very precise in my opinion.iv decided to not touch this demo again

What is VI?
I don't really understand it.
is there a way to turn off items in the demo?

Hit X on the stage select to change the cursor and go into the final destination version of battlefield.
Press X for Final Destination mode.
This is so awesome to hear, thanks.I barely ever got a single game of Brawl which wasn't laggy. With Smash 4 I've only had a few out of 200 matches laggy even with Japanese players (I'm in the UK)
So it's much better.
AeroLink's Palutena has been in the fucking lab, like DAMN.
