At least in the English version, the ZSS voiceclips are being reused directly from Brawl; so we'll be getting Glidewell rather than Martin.

Seems like, occasionally during online matches, a conquest mode event will be triggered for the characters currently being played as. Whoever wins gets points associated with that specific character they were playing as, and those points go to an online total for that character in a ranking system of sorts. I think.
