I hate New Pork City in Brawl, but man if we could get the nice Mother 3 visuals + music in Omega mode form, that'd be awesome.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure. The rope between the fighters and the villagers isn't in Town and City, but it is in Smashville.
(I mean a rope across the whole stage. There are partial barriers across the stage in Town and City.)

I'm actually happy it's back, since it's a fairly good competitive stage and Town and City have a bit different platform layout (plus I think Town and City is bigger).
