I am going with
200-230 miles range on the cheapest model, 280-300 on top model.

Starting price of $35k.

For the base model, 200 miles tops, and pretty much no options unless you shell out the cash. The only question will be 'how much will I have to spend to get the stuff I actually want?'

New upgrades coming sooner to Model S thus the price increase to the line and Model X

It will most likely be $2k extra to continue the build out of superchargers. The 60 kWh batteries used to have to pay an optional fee to enable supercharging. The X and S now come with it standard, but it's built into the price.

It's not actually free, the cost is included in the price of purchase. It's always been included with the cost of the 85KWh battery, but in the early days, 60KWh owners had to chip in an extra 2k as a single time activation fee (either at configuration or after the fact). I believe now supercharger access is included as standard with every purchase, though since the website is stuck on the live stream I can't verify that right now.
